Physician Assistant
To meet the ever-increasing demand for physician assistants in the healthcare workforce, SIU’s pre-physician assistant program offers students a solid science foundation to perform well in their future graduate program. Significant healthcare experience is essential, and students are encouraged to seek SIU externships and other practical skills in the area as well as in their home communities.
